The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary contact for pre-engineered metal building projects, coordinating builders, internal teams, suppliers, engineering, claims, orders, milestones, change orders, and project margins. The role manages risks, schedules, communications, and deliverables; resolves field issues; facilitates project meetings; maintains backlog data; supports safety and quality goals; and mentors junior project managers.

Manages building solution projects from engineering through completion as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include coordinating builders and internal teams, managing schedules, milestones, change orders, supplier items, order data, field issues, claims, audits, and project communications while supporting safety, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Clarifies builder orders for completeness, accuracy, and optimization; develops detailed project requirements for Engineering; coordinates activities within the Vision model; provides technical expertise to customers; and supports continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, safety, and cross-functional collaboration.

Maintains ISO-compliant quality systems, improves coil coating process quality and yield, controls calibration, analyzes nonconforming materials and process data, develops procedures and quality reports, supports audits and contract reviews, and leads vendor claim, customer complaint, and continuous improvement investigations.

Performs day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, ledger maintenance, reporting, audit support, tax workpapers, and shared-services activities. The role requires accurate financial recordkeeping, compliance with company policies and accounting standards, and collaboration with finance teams, auditors, taxing authorities, and banking contacts.

Leads structural design, project coordination, and engineering support for pre-engineered metal building projects. Designs members and connections, ensures structural integrity and safety, supports manufacturing and detailing, assists customers, and collaborates with project teams. Supervises, reviews, mentors, and develops design staff while improving technical procedures, process standards, cost efficiency, and department performance.

Clarifies builder orders for completeness, accuracy, and optimization; prepares detailed project requirements for Engineering; coordinates activities within the Vision model; communicates with external customers; provides technical expertise; and supports continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality, safety, and collaboration.

The Pricing Analyst generates and reviews customer quotes, analyzes pricing and margins, identifies pricing improvements and inconsistencies, maintains pricing tables, and supports quoting systems. The role collaborates with Sales, Customer Experience, Operations, Quality, Finance, and plant leadership to develop competitive prices aligned with customer specifications, market conditions, and financial objectives.

Serves as a technical subject matter expert for engineering applications and workflows. Troubleshoots complex issues, analyzes root causes, supports testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancements, and improves engineering process efficiency, standardization, automation, and data quality. Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and business stakeholders, documents incidents and solutions, mentors users, and contributes to implementation and project initiatives.

Governs and optimizes BlueScope’s engineering application portfolio, including licensing, renewals, vendor relationships, adoption, lifecycle planning, and business value analysis. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, technology, procurement, security, finance, and vendors to improve application performance, workflows, automation, standardization, compliance, and technology ROI. Supports business cases and recommendations for application enhancement, consolidation, replacement, or retirement.

Provides support for engineering applications by resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, assisting with testing and releases, documenting procedures, training users, and maintaining support records. The role also contributes to process improvements, application enhancements, defect validation, and project initiatives across engineering and manufacturing systems.

Provides HR support across benefits, payroll, policies, recruiting, onboarding, leave and attendance management, employee relations, HRIS records, performance management, training, engagement, workers’ compensation, and employment-law guidance. Partners with supervisors and managers on staffing and employee-related processes while administering HR programs and special projects.

Leads customer experience representatives across three locations, overseeing order fulfillment, claims, backlog management, customer relationships, and issue resolution. Manages staffing, a $1.5 million payroll budget, training, performance, and team development. Coordinates with operations and other departments on production scheduling, capacity constraints, shortages, and delivery issues. Supports strategic initiatives and process improvements while ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, procedural compliance, and profitable business results.

Participate in department projects, research, data collection, analysis, reporting, documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns will prepare presentations and project deliverables, maintain records, learn company systems and business operations, and support strategic initiatives while developing professional skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Leads human resources strategy and operations, including recruiting, performance and change management, policies, employment-law compliance, benefits, compensation, training, career development, and employee engagement. Partners with supervisors and managers to address workforce needs, organizational capability, employee relations, and compliance risks. The role also administers salary, incentive, health, and welfare programs while supporting retention, diversity, and organizational improvement.

The Brand Finance Manager leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, accounting analysis, risk governance, and performance management for a business brand. The role partners with senior leaders to evaluate commercial outcomes, analyze margins and project performance, improve financial processes, support strategic decisions, and lead continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include managing and developing the Brand Finance team, ensuring controls and accounting standards compliance, and leveraging digital technologies to improve finance operations.

Clarifies low- and medium-complexity builder orders for completeness, accuracy, and optimization. Reviews project inputs in proprietary modeling software, coordinates with Engineering, supports Project Management with scope and change finalization, and provides technical guidance to customers and vendors. The role requires interpreting architectural and structural drawings while promoting quality, safety, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Accounting Intern supports billing, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, budgets, audits, reporting, and accounting standards implementation. The role also includes documenting and improving processes, identifying automation opportunities using RPA and Power Query, and assisting with internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Lead design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of robotic and automation equipment. Develop PLC ladder logic, preventive maintenance, SOPs, reliability standards, and training. Manage automation projects from feasibility through handover, compile maintenance KPIs, ensure safety and secure system protections, and support plant-wide maintenance as needed.
