Job Description:

MoCaFi is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead the successful implementation of several large and complex programs. As the Sr PM, you will be responsible for leading diverse teams to deliver client program(s) that span across the company. You will manage resources, schedules and client expectations throughout the program planning and deployment phases. Contributions to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving program delivery are highly valued in this role.

This role is remote and reports to the Head of Program Operations. The salary range for this role is $105,000-$145,000.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple product offerings
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chair the project management team meetings
  • Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults to seek solutions to a more efficient process
  • Collaborate with different teams to define and communicate the statement of work and project specifications for contracted services
  • Provide leadership for the project team by ensuring team member deliverables are clear in order to to meet project goals and milestones
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates and tools to expand these capabilities for the organization
  • Establish goals and implement action plans for achieving set objectives
  • Manage project and program issues, change requests and risks to mitigate impact to launch timeline
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methods and techniques - PMP and/or Agile and/or Six Sigma certifications
  • Experience using Project Management software
  • Understanding of the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating innovation and excellence
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Support diverse and inclusive work environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ClaritySoft CRM, flowcharting software
  • Experience in the financial services or payments industry
  • Client service experience
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
