- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Math, ccor a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Saas project management or software at global scale
- Familiarity with following project management tools
- Project Management tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure Devops, Trello and MIRO (Design thinking workshops) consulting preferably within oil and gas or manufacturing domain.
- Passion for driving change and creating success for customers, with multiple stakeholders and partners involved.
- Proven track record of effectively identifying and mitigating project risks, engaging stakeholders at various levels, and implementing robust governance frameworks to ensure project success and compliance
- Proven ability to take initiative, build strong teams, and cultivate customer and partner relationships.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous working environment, yet be able to add structure to our deliveries.
- Familiarity with IoT, cloud solutions, or machine learning models is a plus.
- Ability to navigate stakeholder landscapes.
- Willingness to travel
- Previous experience supporting Machine Learning projects and exposure to AI/ML Applications is an adavantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations
