Build executive-level value propositions, review deal business cases, support sales and contract expansion, track post-implementation value realization, and standardize customer-value methodologies internally. The role requires strong analytical, consulting, storytelling, and executive communication skills, along with business fluency in Japanese and English.

Manages and develops a North American SDR team responsible for outbound pipeline generation. Oversees KPIs, coaching, performance improvement, prospecting strategy, onboarding, and enablement.
