About the Job

Senior Project Manager, you will take on the management of key client projects, consistently delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.  The ideal candidate will help navigate client relationships, maintain clear project objectives, manage risks, and reflect leadership in our delivery team. Our projects involve numerous processes, strategies, and methodologies that enable us to deliver exceptional service to our clients; therefore, we are looking for experienced individuals that are searching for an opportunity based on challenges and growth. 

Key Responsibilities

Your day will consist of:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that incorporates all aspects of the project
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client, all stakeholders and any other parties participating in project deliverables
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Coach and motivate project team members to help keep tasks on track
  • Provide a program oversight to project objectives
  • Participation in time management review and invoicing for clients

Qualifications

Here is what it takes to be successful in the role:

  • 5+ years of proven working experience in project management
  • Proven experience in high-stress environments due to the criticality of successful execution of the project, including consistently evolving priorities
  • Proven experience managing multiple team members' workloads in implementation projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects for a variety of clients in a fast-paced enviornment
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Managing Time and Material and Fixed Fee budgets
  • Experience managing multi-year projects. 
  • Comfortable setting and resetting expectations.
  • Proven experience with risk management & mitigation
  • Proven experience managing client and stakeholder relationships, negotiation with stakeholders, and having a tough conversation with C-Level stakeholders


Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Dynamics NAV, D365 Business Central, Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, NetSuite or other compatible ERP solutions
  • SCRUM Master
  • PMP Certified
