The Business Central Consultant implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, focusing on solution design, client engagement, and project management to ensure successful outcomes.

The BC Functional Consultant will lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects, engaging with clients from discovery to deployment, ensuring effective solution delivery and high client satisfaction.

Manage and grow existing mid-market accounts by building long-term relationships, driving upsell/cross-sell of Microsoft-based ERP/CRM solutions, owning renewals, conducting discovery, executing sales strategies, coordinating internal stakeholders, and delivering quarterly business reviews to improve client satisfaction and revenue.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations: solution design, configuration, discovery workshops, user training, integrations, and post-go-live support. Collaborate with technical and project teams, apply industry best practices across manufacturing, distribution, and professional services, and contribute to delivery methodology and solution templates.

Provide day-to-day D365 Business Central support, assist with system configuration and small customizations, document client needs, shadow senior consultants, and complete training and certifications to grow into a consulting role.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist handles daily AR operations like invoicing, payment application, collections, and supports internal teams with financial reporting and inquiries.

The Senior Dynamics GP Consultant will implement and support Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions, manage client engagements, offer training, and mentor junior consultants to enhance service quality.

As a Sales Executive, you'll drive new account growth, manage relationships, lead the sales process, and strategize to meet sales targets for Microsoft solutions.

Lead FP&A strategy, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. Partner with executives to drive financial planning, performance management, KPIs, and business cases. Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, systems transformation, automation/AI initiatives, and build a high-performing FP&A team to improve profitability, cash flow, and operational decision-making.
