Senior Project Manager

DealHub is a leading provider of revenue optimization solutions, helping businesses streamline their quote-to-revenue processes and drive growth.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects across our Enterprise Billing and revenue lifecycle solutions.

In this role, you will own projects end-to-end, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation and go-live, working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of enterprise billing processes, and the ability to drive complex initiatives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery and go-live.
• Own project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
• Drive projects related to enterprise billing, subscription management, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to business requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Hands-on experience and strong understanding of enterprise billing processes and systems – a must.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of subscription, invoicing, and quote-to-revenue processes – a strong advantage.
• Experience working with SaaS products, enterprise software, or business applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or billing platforms – an advantage.
• Excellent English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – an advantage.
