Lead the global standardization, governance, stewardship, and continuous improvement of HBS Operations data, with explicit ownership of SMS data and its integration across connected business systems.
As part of the Global Systems, Process & Data Excellence Team, this role develops and executes the strategy required to deploy global data governance across HBS Operations business systems, including SMS, CPQ, Salesforce, NEX SMS, PMIS, and related platforms. The position is accountable for improving data fidelity, business performance, field execution, operational productivity, and data-driven decision-making through effective management of master and transactional data.
