LOCATION: APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).
Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.
THE ROLE:
Responsibilities:
- Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.
- Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
- Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.
- Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope.
- Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in web or mobile development.
- Proficiency with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), including experience leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as a Scrum Master.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Jira Product Discovery or other project management tools is preferred.
- Proven relationship-building abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating project alignment and driving successful collaboration.
- Skilled in creating actionable plans in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing timelines, resources, and ambiguity to ensure project success.
- Fluent English is a must.
Nice to haves:
- Experience and understanding of mobile apps, Connected TV platforms,OTT services, web, and general digital media technologies would be great to have.
- Strong facilitation and workshop capabilities to help cross-functional teams define the outcomes and then deliver on those outcomes.
- Experience with Atlassian suite of tools.
