Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of telecom and enterprise service projects, ensuring alignment with customer commitments, operational KPIs, and financial targets. The role acts as the primary interface between delivery teams, customers, and leadership, driving execution across infrastructure, service operations, and migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation → closure) for telecom or managed services projects
Manage customer engagements, ensuring scope, timelines, and contractual obligations are met
Build and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
Track and control project financials (revenue, cost, margin, forecasts)
Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations, especially in multi-vendor environments
Coordinate across cross-functional teams (network, infrastructure, service delivery, operations)
Lead status reporting to stakeholders (customers, leadership, top management, sales)
Drive governance and compliance (internal processes, audit readiness, contractual adherence)
Manage change requests, scope evolution, and customer approvals
Ensure successful handover to operations
Core Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in telecom / cloud infrastructure / managed services environments
Deep knowledge of project management disciplines (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
Ability to manage complex, multi-country or multi-team deliveries
Strong stakeholder management, especially with enterprise customers
Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models
Proficiency with tools like Jira, MS Project, dashboards (Power BI), Confluence, or internal reporting tools.
Strong financial and commercial understanding
Ability to operate under pressure and ambiguity in delivery environments
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecom, or related field
5–10+ years of experience in project delivery within telecom or IT services
Proven experience managing large-scale or strategic customer projects
Certifications preferred:
PMP /
Agile / Scrum / SAFe (desirable):
