- The Senior Data Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise data projects

Responsibilities
• Lead data and analytics projects from discovery and planning through implementation
and operational transition.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and
delivery roadmaps.
• Coordinate data engineering, architecture, analytics, development, quality assurance,
cloud, and business teams.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project and client needs.
• Manage backlogs, delivery progress, dependencies, and reporting through Jira, Azure
DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Oversee initiatives involving cloud platforms, data pipelines, integrations, data
warehouses, lakehouses, and BI solutions.
• Partner with technical teams to address data quality, SQL validation, platform
limitations, and upstream or downstream dependencies.
• Manage stakeholders, communicate project status, facilitate decisions, and escalate
risks or issues proactively.
• Own project budgets, forecasts, estimates, resource utilization, and actual-versusplanned performance.
• Manage scope and change requests, including delivery under fixed-fee contracts.
• Coordinate production support, ticket triage, incident resolution, root cause analysis,
and SLA performance when required.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery through automation, AI, forecasting, and
performance analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data
Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience leading technical, data, analytics, or cloud projects.
• Experience delivering projects through Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable modern
data platforms.
• Understanding of data pipelines, integrations, warehouses, lakehouses, SQL, data
quality, and BI solutions.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar delivery tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, risk management, and
problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, fixed-fee contracts,
and change requests.
• Production support, ticket management, and SLA governance experience is preferred.
• Client-facing consulting or professional-services experience is preferred.
• PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, cloud, Databricks, or Snowflake certifications are preferred.
