Key Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, and lead failure analysis efforts.
- Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to address challenges and drive production process improvements.
- Foster effective teamwork and communication among diverse internal and external groups, acting as a liaison to align project goals and timelines.
- Define and track program priorities using project management tools, facilitating regular meetings to review status and address challenges.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

Essential Skills and Experience: 

- 5+ years of experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Quality.
- 3+ years of experience in working with contract manufacturers or joint development manufacturers.
- Experiences and knowledge of hardware development process and lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of bridging Taiwan-based teams and US stakeholders with clear, effective communication.
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant work experience in gaming related project and/or technical product management.

Skills Required
