Leads various project teams in design, delivery, and consultative services for the enterprise banking clients. Leverages knowledge, expertise and project management skills to direct team members, resolve issues and ensure achievement of project goals. Plans, organizes, secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed, executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations. Facilitates cross-functional teams, ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions. Coordinates workshops and roadmap planning sessions. Manages the project budget and provides weekly cost and revenue forecasts.
Responsibilities- Provides Project Management support for highly complex projects within a wide range of functional, operational or technical areas.
- Serves as part of the client account management team and participates in internal planning and sales activities as necessary.
- Supports all aspects of project execution, including: Requirements gathering, Scope definition, Project planning, Change control, Risk management, Close-out, and Reporting.
- Assists in the management of client escalations and production support issues as necessary.
- Supports consultative engagements with internal subject matter experts to provide guidance and ongoing support for clients.
- Facilitates resource planning, cost estimation, budget development and cost control.
- Ensures understanding of core processes, workflow and customer / stakeholder interdependencies.
- Ensures consistent application of Project Management methodology, processes, tools and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements.
- Responsible for the adoption and adherence of AI initiatives within the team to meet internal and client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of senior project management or equivalent leadership experience.
- Excellent business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Familiarity with AI tools and concepts for facilitating meetings, project planning, and other related responsibilities.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Previous software project management experience, preferred.
