Job DescriptionManaging varied Salesforce projects (integration, scoping, TMA) combines team coordination, budget management, and close client relationships. This role is aimed at an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Senior Salesforce Project Manager (M/F), you manage varied projects (integration, scoping, TMA), from design to go-live.
- Plan and oversee Salesforce projects end to end
- Manage budget and resources
- Lead the project team and resolve issues
- Ensure reporting and communication with stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Guarantee deliverable compliance
- Manage administrative tasks (timesheets, expense reports, remaining workload)
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school.
- Mastery of project management methods: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Ability to plan and track project milestones.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- 3 years of experience on Salesforce. Risk management and performance tracking.
- Good understanding of business challenges and the impact of Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to manage expectations and conflicts.
- Proactivity and initiative.
- Team spirit and collaborative leadership.
- Adaptability in changing environments.
