We are looking to fill a Senior Project Manager position as part of our Business Strategy Department to support our Emerging Technologies Implementation work. As a member of the Energy Solutions team, you will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions through our work for North American Program Administrators and other national leaders in energy efficiency.  This unique market opportunity, paired with Energy Solutions mission driven approach, creates a perfect environment for an individual who wants to have an active voice in shaping the nation’s energy future.   

 

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Helping craft overall program vision, direction, execution, and completion of program deliverables  
  • Facilitating the progress of a new program launch and managing project portfolios focused on market transformation  
  • Communicating program and market progress to management, clients, and external stakeholders  
  • Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators  
  • Guiding a team of contributors that will be conducting market research and data analysis  
  • Developing and managing complex project budgets and tasks with minimal oversight  
  • Tracking of industry trends and other market changes that impact energy efficiency  
  • Organizing and facilitating in-person meetings, conference calls, and facilitated collaboration sessions  
  • Conducting program stakeholder meetings, capture escalations, and proactively resolve potential issues  

 

Minimum qualifications: 

  • A bachelor's degree with an energy focus, preference being towards engineering, environmental science or business 
  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience 
  • A minimum of 5 years project management experience 
  • Familiarity with commercial energy efficient HVAC, Foodservice, and related technologies  
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct large, collaborative, facilitated sessions 
  • Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks 
  • Strong client communication and client relationship management skills 
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote) 
  • Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus 
  • Willingness to conduct occasional business travel 


Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of  $89,000 - $122,000k/Annually

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
