The PM will drive execution and scheduling of PE projects while aligning with corporate priorities and constraints. What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the engineering change process end-to-end, from change request initiation through full implementation in production.
Coordinate cross-functional activities among Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and additional stakeholders.
Responsible for procurement processes supporting the implementation of engineering changes in the production line.
Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
What We Need To See:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering
At least 5 years of experience in project management
Excellent project management skills – familiar with project management methodologies in production
Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:
