Job Description
- As the point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams.
- Facilitates and troubleshoots the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, and design projects.
- Provides highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel.
- Responds to inquiries about projects.
- Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
- Establishes and maintains liaison as required with boards, committees and commissions.
- Assists in developing departmental plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
- Performs project design for civil engineering projects.
- Coordinates schedules of staff and other interested parties.

Bachelor's degree required
On-site position supporting and working from Geisinger Northeast campuses (Geisinger Community Medical Center, Geisinger Wyoming Valley and Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre)
Travel required as needed
The ideal candidate will be highly independent—as well as skilled in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will also possess adaptability to changing circumstances and the ability to work well in ambiguous situations.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, to include being able to use a variety of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. pivot tables, formulas, databases)
