Senior Project Manager MIB4 (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong customer interface and project house support at clientside (German OEM), where we will be working on customizing the latest MIB4 (Infotainment) product.

Your role:

Business / Project execution:

• responsible for the most complex and critical projects (in terms of size, timing, innovation, complexity)

• launches the project successfully through functionally integrated teams (focus on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology). It includes: updating and completing Project Plan; implementing and maintaining Project Reviews, Risk Management Plan; completing and submitting product information; communicating Customers' requirements for key deliverables and performance targets to Project Teams; improve and Champion Project Teams’ adherence to PDP to achieve compliance.

Product quality:

• leads the Project Team to: meet First Time Quality [FTQ] goals and meet Worldwide Formal Customer Complaints (WFCC) goals

Cost and budget:

• meets the investment spending and financial statistics

• prepares capital spending and forecast

• CAPEX planning and tracking of spend and contribution – submit and follow the approvals

Customer / supplier relationships:

• interface to customers for Project Management activities

• customer management and communication alignment between different stakeholders

New business:

• cooperates with Start Center leaders on quote activities

Continuous Improvement:

• supports enterprise effectiveness/efficiency through the use of Lean / I&CIM techniques

People Management:

• leads by influence

• makes sure he/she cooperates with the Groups Managers to ensure proper resources

• role model for other Project Managers, mentor for the less experienced team members

Compliance:

• ensures compliance with PDP requirements

• maintains required documentation and reporting

• participates in audits

Your background:

• Bachelor and/or Master(s) in Business Studies, IT, Economics or similar

• Experience with OEM development processes

• Very good negotiation skills

• Finance knowledge / Business Acumen

• Product knowledge (ideally in Infotainment business)

• Very good English knowledge spoken & written

• Good German language skills (spoken & written)

• Advanced communication skills

• Proven records of delivering; experience in PM

• Proven records of successes in launching complex projects
