Job Description
- You will initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close project execution in order to deliver the project (including related products, services and results) on time, within budget and with the agreed-upon quality
- You will manage the project at an operational level (e.g. project deliverables, progress reporting, forecasts, etc.)
- You will inform, communicate and coordinate internal and external project activities across departments and our group companies
- You will ensure that project execution conforms to the contract and project requirements
- You will ensure the interests of BEUMER and find the right balance to fulfill customer satisfaction
- You will be responsible for the overall management of the project team to achieve project milestones and objectives in a cost-effective and timely manner
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or a commercial field
- You have at least 10 years of experience, including at least four years working on large-scale B projects (or at least two large-scale C projects) as a project manager
- You have at least four years of international project exposure
- You hold a project management certification (e.g. PMP or IPMA Level B)
- You possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, effective time management and the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- You have very good proficiency in German and English
