This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, systems thinking, and financial acumen to coordinate initiatives such as pricing and PWO process improvements, financial planning and forecasting, business case development, vendor onboarding, platform enhancements, compliance-driven programs, new product launches, and operational scaling. As a trusted partner, the Senior Project Manager brings structure, clarity, and momentum to initiatives critical to growth, margin improvement, resiliency, and execution excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership  (20%)

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic Marketing Solutions initiatives, from intake and planning through execution and stabilization. Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and delivery risk across multiple concurrent initiatives. Apply hybrid delivery approaches appropriate to each initiative and coordinate work across business, finance, product, technology, and operations teams.

Financial Planning, Pricing & Business Operations  (15%)

Partner with Pricing, Finance, FP&A, Procurement, Product, and Commercial teams to coordinate pricing, PWO, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives. Cross-Functional Coordination & Dependency Management  (15%)

Act as the central coordination point for initiatives spanning multiple teams, systems, and approval processes. Identify and manage dependencies, risks, handoffs, and sequencing. Proactively surface conflicts, capacity constraints, data gaps, and decision needs. Ensure work enters execution with clear scope, ownership, assumptions, success criteria, and required approvals.

Stakeholder Communication & Executive Visibility  (15%)

Serve as a primary point of contact for initiative stakeholders and leadership. Provide concise status reports, milestone tracking, financial and delivery risk assessments, decision logs, and executive readouts. Coordinate rollout, enablement, documentation, and adoption for new processes, capabilities, vendors, platforms, or financial workflows. Partner with impacted teams to ensure changes are understood, adopted, and operationalized. Identify adoption and control risks early and close readiness gaps.

PMO Contribution & Continuous Improvement  (10%)
