As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive high impact finance transformation initiatives that strengthen operational performance, modernize processes, and enhance decision support capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, shape strategic priorities, and deliver sustainable changes across the organization.
What You Will Do
• Lead complex finance transformation programs from initiation through close, ensuring alignment to defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, critical path analyses, and milestone tracking
• Establish and manage project financials in partnership with business and functional leaders to ensure cost discipline and value realization
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks through structured risk management and issue resolution processes
• Drive stakeholder alignment through structured communication plans, executive reporting, and cross functional engagement strategies
• Partner with executive and senior leadership to align on strategic priorities, provide visibility into progress, and support informed decision making
• Engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geography, balancing competing priorities and driving alignment in complex environments
• Lead cross functional collaboration to reconcile differing viewpoints, manage tradeoffs, and ensure delivery against shared objectives
• Develop and execute long term strategies aligned to organizational goals, including roadmap definition, prioritization frameworks, and milestone planning
• Translate strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring continuity between executive vision and day to day execution
• Oversee procurement planning and support vendor and partner selection activities as required
• Manage and direct third party vendors to ensure delivery against scope, timelines, and quality expectations
• Oversee vendor performance, enforce accountability, and drive alignment with program objectives
• Coordinate with external partners to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum
• Direct cross functional teams by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and performance expectations
• Integrate end user feedback throughout the project lifecycle to ensure practical design, user adoption, and sustained outcomes
This role requires disciplined program governance, strong executive presence, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans that deliver tangible results.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, including cross functional initiatives
• Experience managing schedules and risk in complex projects
Preferred Qualifications
•Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar fields are preferred
Experience in finance transformation projects (e.g., ERP implementation, process automation)
• Background in Financial Planning & Analysis, and Reporting
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- USN: $95,700 - $159,500 USD Annual
