Your contribution is appreciated
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving product development projects across FalCom R&D. You will work closely with hardware, software and Mechanical engineers and a broad range of stakeholders to support the development of products that can work with customer systems.
In the role requires cross-functional collaboration and the ability to create alignment across technical and commercial stakeholders. You will help ensure progress across multiple activities and projects while maintaining focus on scope, timeline, budget and quality.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate and align on solutions across hardware, software, mechanics, test and commercial stakeholders
- Facilitate project reviews and governance
- Support prioritization and decision-making across multiple projects
- Handle changes, risks and issue resolution and project governance
- Contribute to process improvements in project execution
- Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, Operations / Supply Chain, Quality / Regulatory and relevant external stakeholders
- Engage with customers, end users, partners and suppliers where relevant to support project execution
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have at least several years of project management experience
- Have a solid understanding of hardware, software and system integration
- Experience in managing cross-functional development projects
- Have effective stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial functions
- Are structured and thoughtful in your approach to tasks
- Are known as a collaborative colleague who creates clarity, supports progress and helps keep stakeholders aligned
- Are comfortable working in a dynamic development environment with shifting priorities, and you bring a solution-oriented mindset to complex challenges
