This is a client-facing role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of high-volume, fast-turnaround content adaptation and production projects across digital, social, video, display, , CRM, print and OOH channels

The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between clients, creative teams, production teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on schedule.


The role requires excellent English language skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a fast-paced content production environment. The individual will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.


Whilst client stakeholders are primarily based in North America, the Project Manager will work closely with ICP's global studio teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless project delivery.

The successful candidate will understand how creative work moves through modern content production workflows, from briefing and planning through design, review, approval and final delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of high-volume content adaptation and production projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and proactively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Receive, interpret and manage incoming briefs, ensuring requirements, specifications, timelines and deliverables are clearly understood and communicated.
  • Manage project workflows through Airtable and other workflow platforms, maintaining accurate project information, delivery schedules and status updates throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Create and maintain project trackers, deliverable lists, production schedules and client-facing timelines.
  • Coordinate internal and client meetings, ensuring actions, owners and deadlines are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Brief internal creative, design and production teams on project requirements and priorities, ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables and deadlines.
  • Work closely with teams operating in Figma-based workflows, ensuring briefs, feedback, approvals and deliverables move efficiently through the production process.
  • Coordinate review and approval cycles through Ziflow, ensuring feedback is accurately captured, consolidated and communicated to relevant teams.
  • Facilitate day-to-day communication with clients and stakeholders through Slack, email and virtual meetings.
  • Anticipate, obtain and communicate feedback, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions through to completion.
  • Ensure all creative work is delivered accurately and in line with applicable brand guidelines, specifications and technical requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing creative output, copy, file naming conventions, specifications and delivery requirements.
  • Manage version control, revisions, re-deliveries and approval updates across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Oversee final asset delivery through client delivery platforms, ensuring all deliverables are accurate, complete and submitted on schedule.
  • Maintain organised project structures, asset libraries, templates and workflow documentation to support operational efficiency and project continuity.
  • Track estimates, budgets, reconciliations and invoicing while maintaining accurate project financial records.
  • Provide regular project and financial reporting to studio leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance client service and drive operational efficiencies.

 

About You

You are ideally coming from a production agency, content operations, entertainment, media or digital marketing environment.

You have experience managing high-volume content production, adaptation or campaign delivery programmes and thrive in fast-paced environments where organisation, accuracy and attention to detail are critical.

You are comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and can confidently balance changing priorities while maintaining excellent service levels.

You understand modern content production workflows and have experience working with platforms such as Airtable, Ziflow, Slack, Frame.io and similar collaboration tools.


You do not need to be a designer, but you are comfortable working alongside teams using Figma and understand how creative work moves through design, review, approval and delivery stages.

You are confident managing client relationships, facilitating discussions and solving problems while maintaining a calm, professional and solutions-focused approach.

You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

You are proactive, commercially aware and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and operational effectiveness.

  • Must have excellent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Experience working with content operations and workflow platforms such as Airtable, Ziflow, Figma, Frame.io, Smartsheet, Slack, Teams and Asana is highly desirable.
