Manage campaign asset ingestion and delivery into the DAM, populate Smint.io campaign toolkits, troubleshoot upload/process issues, support stakeholders, ensure SLA compliance, suggest process improvements, provide DAM training, and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely, compliant campaign asset delivery.

Lead IT governance to maintain secure, auditable, and resilient IT operations. Manage ISO 27001 post-certification, Microsoft 365/Azure governance, Purview/eDiscovery, risk and change control, documentation, supplier assurance, and project-to-BAU transitions.

Lead MarTech workstreams translating strategy into tactical execution. Deliver client-ready outputs, mentor junior staff, manage client interactions, present recommendations, and improve ICP frameworks. Drive clarity in deliverables, strengthen consulting maturity, and deepen specialized MarTech expertise (e.g., DAM/PIM, taxonomy, digital shelf).
