Boeing Defense, Space & Security(BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Specialist for MH-139 Utility Helicopter and Development Program in Ridley Park, PA!
We are currently hiring for a range of experience levels including a Senior Level 4 or Senior Level 5 Project Management Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
- Leads the execution of integrated program strategies, goals, and objectives through the creation of execution plans, statements of work and the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices
- Coordinates commitments with Site Leaders, Business Units, Functional Stakeholders, and Suppliers
- Analyzes and develops business cases identifying risk and opportunity potential and including financial and lead time requirements
- Develop and implement plans to communicate status, performance, issues and actions and promote rapid resolution, aligned to the Program Management Best Practices
- Prepares materials and documents for executive-level meetings and periodic reviews
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
- 5 or more years of experience leading cross functional and/or project teams
- 5 or more years of experience in fulfillment operations, program management, or supply chain management
- 5 or more years of experience in Risk Management and/or Data Analytics
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 or more years of experience leading cross functional and/or project teams
- 8 or more years' experience with operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
- 8 or more years' experience with Risk Management, Change Management or Financial Analysis
- Experience delivering Aircraft and/or Services
- Experience in a Customer and/or Major Supplier facing role
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
- Bachelor of Science Degree or higher

Summary pay range for senior level (Level 5): $156,400 - $211,600
