- Supporting HR, Finance and IT-teams of the Sherpany organisation to effectively integrate into the Datasite IT-landscape.
- Work across teams and organisations to ensure collaboration and achieve common goals.
- Drive the definition of business requirements and the scope.
- Build and maintain a project plan/roadmap.
- Ensure the timely execution of the plan while continuously adapting to according to the changing circumstances.
- Minimizing unnecessary distraction of the organizations through excellent change management and smooth transitions.
- You understand fundamentals of a modern SaaS-based IT landscape.
- You have working experience preferably as a scrum master or project manager in an fast paced and agile environment
- You are highly organised and a strong communicator who can effectively multitask and prioritise as needs evolve
- You are an experienced change manager with a track record of ensuring smooth transitions
- You can lead regular team meetings to determine progress, set momentum, remove barriers, and actively address internal and external risks and dependencies
- You are able to communicate effectively between a variety of technical and non-technical stake holders (junior to c-level).
- You are fluent in english.
