Job DescriptionAre you ready to discover the role of a Senior Project Leader in Netcompany?
As a Senior Project Leader, you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Contracting Authority, developing realistic project plans aligned with project objectives and the organisation’s overall strategy
- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery and execution of the assigned contract, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, quality, timelines and contractual requirements
- Lead and coordinate project teams, allocating resources, reviewing deliverables, supporting team development and ensuring effective day-to-day project execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and resource requirements, and monitor progress against agreed plans and tolerances
- Lead the design, development and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components, in line with user and business requirements
- Establish and maintain project, quality and security plans, ensuring compliance with applicable methodologies, ITSM processes and Contracting Authority procedures
- Manage project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication, including progress reporting to the Contracting Authority and coordination with eu-LISA programme/project management teams and working groups
- Monitor project costs, schedules, resources and risks, proactively addressing deviations, capacity constraints and delivery issues
- Manage change control and ensure appropriate training, knowledge transfer and continuous adherence to contractual, quality and security requirements
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as Project or Programme Manager
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile methodology and team collaboration tools
- Strong experience with consultative Project management in the IT software development and quality related areas
- Excellent knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture and project management tools, standards and methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
- Excellent leadership qualities and ability to chair meetings and to give presentations
- Experience with other project management methodology (e.g. PM2, PRINCE2, PMP) will be considered as an asset

Skills Required
