Rattaché(e) au Responsable Qualité, vous aurez pour principales responsabilités :
Animer les méthodologies de résolution de problèmes (8D, QRQC, PDCA, etc.) suite aux incidents clients et internes.
Analyser et traiter les rebuts afin d’identifier les causes racines et mettre en place des actions correctives et préventives.
Améliorer les performances des processus de production, en collaboration avec les équipes production, méthodes et maintenance.
Assurer la bonne standardisation des process de fabrication et veiller à l’application des standards qualité en production.
Réaliser et animer les audits LPA (Layered Process Audit) afin de garantir la conformité des standards et processus.
Conduire des audits produits et process et suivre les plans d’actions associés.
Participer à la démarche d’amélioration continue et au déploiement des standards qualité sur le site.
Assurer le suivi des indicateurs qualité et proposer des plans d’amélioration.

Skills Required
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, QRQC, PDCA)
- Ability to analyze and treat scrap, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Experience improving production process performance in collaboration with production, methods and maintenance teams
