- In collaboration with the Director Strategic Initiatives, drive PUMA’s strategic transformation program and support laying the foundation for future growth and competitiveness
- Support and facilitate cross-functional transformation projects and drive strategic initiatives as part of the broader programme
- Serve as an internal consultant by pinpointing opportunities for improvement, offering recommendations, analysing data, developing solutions, and assisting with change implementation to ensure PUMA's ongoing success
- Create update presentations for senior leadership and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making within the organisation
- Collaborate closely with teams across the company to ensure alignment, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support the successful delivery of transformation objectives.
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
- Proven ability to manage complex strategic transformative programs and projects
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industry
- Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
- Very strong communication skills towards senior management
- Highly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports.
