Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer, responsible for executing and managing the SEA projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for executing and managing water infrastructure, treatment, and industrial projects from initiation through completion.

  • Oversees project planning, engineering coordination, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout activities while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

  • Collaborates with customers, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes, manage risks, resolve technical issues, and achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Provides technical leadership, project reporting, and continuous improvement support to enhance project delivery performance.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline).

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project execution and management within water, wastewater, infrastructure, treatment, or industrial projects.

  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation through commissioning and closeout.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and customers.

  • Familiarity with procurement, contract administration, and construction management.

Technical Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

  • Understanding of engineering design, construction, commissioning, and handover processes.

  • Ability to manage project risks, technical issues, and change management effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management tools.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) standards.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage SEA water infrastructure, treatment, and industrial projects.

  • Ensure delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.

  • Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to management and customers.

  • Manage customer relationships, contractor performance, and project risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery performance.

Skills Required
