Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer (m/f/d) to join our engineering team. In this role, you will take responsibility for the technical execution of project deliverables, including system design, engineering documentation, drawings, and HMI designs for OT systems.
Working closely with project teams and internal and external stakeholders, you will provide technical expertise, support design decisions, and help ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, safety, cybersecurity, and contractual standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and high-quality project documentation, drawings, and HMI designs for OT systems
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement technical solutions aligned with project objectives
• Evaluate design modifications and advise on their technical and cost implications
• Contribute to project planning and ensure timely completion of design-related deliverables
• Participate in internal project meetings, design reviews, and milestone discussions
• Ensure compliance with internal and customer-specific quality, safety, and cybersecurity standards
• Provide technical support to colleagues and help resolve design-related challenges
• Maintain confidentiality in all project-related matters, particularly in connection with Naval contracts
• Participate in international travel for design coordination, testing, and customer engagements when required

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Proven experience using EPLAN for engineering design and documentation
• Experience with marine automation systems, naval systems, or the shipbuilding industry is highly advantageous
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
