Job Title: Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance
KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting Offshore Project. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based in Client Office in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
A. Invoicing & Financial Tracking
• Track and follow up on end-to-end invoice status with PMC consultant and internal stakeholders , ensuring compliance with invoicing procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile invoice registers, highlighting delays, mismatches, or overdue payments.
• Coordinate with Projects Control Team, Contracts, and Project Managers to clear invoice bottlenecks.
• Report any delay / red flags to Manager VAP & Estimation in a weekly basis
B. Staffing Plan & Resource Management
• Develop and maintain the staffing plan, ensuring alignment with approved manpower plans.
• Monitor resource deployment, availability, mobilization, and demobilization across AOF projects following the approved resource management procedures
• Identify resource shortages/excess and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with PMC and internal teams for compliance with diversity, competency, and resource allocation requirements
C. Reporting & Dashboards
• Lead the creation and automation of dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, and agentic AI tools (aligned with ongoing need for Dashboard & Reporting roles )
• Integrate project, staffing data, invoice metrics, and resource deployment into unified dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Improve data quality and ensure structured reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
D. Project Staffing Analytics
• Analyze performance trends, forecast manpower needs, and support cost/performance optimization.
• Provide early warning alerts for resource constraints, invoice processing delays, and performance deviations.
E. Coordination & Governance
• Liaise with IPMT teams, internal stakeholders, and contractors to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Skills Required
- Proficiency with Excel for reporting and reconciliation
- Experience building dashboards in Power BI
- Familiarity with agentic AI tools for dashboard automation and reporting
- Experience in invoicing and financial tracking for projects
- Experience developing and maintaining staffing plans and resource management
- Experience performing staffing analytics, forecasting, and performance trend analysis
- Ability to coordinate with Project Controls, Contracts, PMC and internal stakeholders
- Ability to report project status and escalate delays/red flags to management weekly
- Willingness/ability to be based in the client office in Abu Dhabi
