Job Title: Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance
We are actively seeking to fill a PMC role for a Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance for an Offshore Client to be based Client Office ( HQ) in Abu Dhabi.

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Invoicing & Financial Tracking- Track and follow up on end-to-end invoice status with PMC consultant and internal stakeholders , ensuring compliance with invoicing procedures.
- Maintain and reconcile invoice registers, highlighting delays, mismatches, or overdue payments.
- Coordinate with Projects Control Team, Contracts, and Project Managers to clear invoice bottlenecks.
- Report any delay / red flags to Manager VAP & Estimation in a weekly basis
- Develop and maintain the staffing plan, ensuring alignment with approved manpower plans.
- Monitor resource deployment, availability, mobilization, and demobilization across AOF projects following the approved resource management procedures
- Identify resource shortages/excess and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with PMC and internal teams for compliance with diversity, competency, and resource allocation requirements
- Lead the creation and automation of dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, and agentic AI tools (aligned with ongoing need for Dashboard & Reporting roles )
- Integrate project, staffing data, invoice metrics, and resource deployment into unified dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Improve data quality and ensure structured reporting (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Analyze performance trends, forecast manpower needs, and support cost/performance optimization.
- Provide early warning alerts for resource constraints, invoice processing delays, and performance deviations.
- Liaise with IPMT teams, internal stakeholders, and contractors to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Must have Overall 15 years of experience in oil and Gas industry.
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Offshore Projects having Engineering experience worked on mega projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.
- Previous experience with ADNOC projects is an added advantage.
