Job Description

In this role, you will strongly support the implementation and execution of specialized and customized Scaffolding applications within the sector of Infrastructure, Power Plants and Highrise projects globally.

 

After the onboarding and training phase:

  • You develop special Scaffolding designs and solutions from quotation to order processing projects.
  • You provide technical advice for projects with a focus on cross-functional collaboration to advance business performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction, ensuring the engineering solutions are safe and economical.
  • You act as the contact point in terms of Special Scaffolding Applications, technical knowledge, and product expertise.
  • You are in close contact with our Product Management and other stakeholders, to support the implementation of corporate set standards and product development.
  • You ensure knowledge transfer of Special Scaffolding solutions to different country or area organizations by mentoring, training, and guiding the teams through the different stages of the design.

Qualifications

  • Scaffolding engineering experience and track record with international civil or industrial projects.
  • Proven track record in developing engineering design concepts and translating them to customer needs.
  • Proven Knowledge in the area of Heavy Shoring is a plus.
  • Good understanding of customers’ needs and high customer orientation.
  • Ability to solve problems using technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and work well within deadlines.
  • Strong design skills in AutoCAD 2D and ideally also 3D software such as Revit.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand structural and architectural contract drawings.
  • Ability to conduct advanced statics calculations is a plus.
  • Engineering Diploma/Degree (construction, structural, civil, mechanical) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • You are mobile and flexible; global business trips are a welcome change for you.

Additional Information

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 46,290.44 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week - use group as of IV.
