- Manage and conduct the technical and commercial workshops, attending meetings with projects officials’s contractors and suppliers.
- Determine and manage the required reports to monitor and evaluate the project progress.
- Direct the planning department for production and installation program.
- Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all clients' specifications and adherence to the quality, health
- and safety regulations on all assigned sites.
- Operate, control and monitor project team performance and their productivity.
- Coordination between clients, site, sub-contractors and suppliers. Negotiation of prices with sub-contractors, suppliers, and various project
- stakeholders.
- Scrutinising the invoices received from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects within the UAE/GCC.
- Proven experience managing high-end commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, and office fit-out projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent understanding of architectural, MEP, and joinery coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and HSE regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
