Position: 

As a Project Enablement Manager within the RSS Enterprise Capabilities in-house project services team, you report to the Chapter Lead Project Enablement and are accountable for delivering assigned project services and deliverables, supporting the Learning & Skill Development (L&SD) team by bridging learning strategy and operational excellence to ensure the successful execution of high-priority, innovative healthcare learning initiatives.

The Opportunity:

  • Program Governance & Strategic Execution: Bring structure and governance to complex learning initiatives by overseeing end-to-end program management, defining execution strategies, roadmaps, rollout methodologies, and ensuring alignment with learning and business objectives.

  • Delivery, Risk & Performance Management: Drive high-quality, on-time delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, managing risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and go/no-go decisions, and monitoring overall program health with clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

  • Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholders and governance bodies through workshops, structured status updates, and clear, actionable communication strategies that support informed decision-making and operational readiness.

  • Frameworks, Standards & Continuous Improvement: Design, implement, and continuously improve project frameworks, toolkits, templates, and documentation to strengthen governance, compliance, quality standards, and scalable delivery across the Chapter and Enterprise Capabilities.

  • Leadership, Capability Building & Innovation: Embody VACC and servant leadership by coaching junior resources, leveraging and sharing best practices across programs, developing next-generation PMO services, and driving innovative, scalable learning deployments that enhance the organization’s brand and partner footprint.

Who you are:

  • Education & Project Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field with 6–8 years of project or program management experience; proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, Lean concepts, and full project lifecycle management including business case development.

  • Business & Change Acumen: Functional experience in at least one core business area (e.g., Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, L&D); familiarity with Organizational Change Management; pharma or consulting experience is a plus.

  • Strategic & Analytical Capability: Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguity, assess risks, leverage design thinking and tailored methodologies, and deliver high-quality, impact-driven solutions.

  • Leadership & Influence: Servant leadership mindset with demonstrated ability to coach and lead cross-functional, multicultural teams, influence stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and represent the RSS EC organization in global collaborations.
