Senior Project Associate
Project Management
Experience: Ideally 2+ years in the industry
-Set up and implement strategy for successful completion of new and on-going projects to be delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
-Ownership and management of project materials; consolidating and up-keeping; updating; distribution of materials to support groups.
-Expect to test and launch projects, sample, report on project progress, present solutions to issues.
-Work collaboratively with our cross-functional team.
-Sign off and ownership of pre and post field quality checks.
-Driving, tracking, and policing process adherence throughout the survey lifecycle.
-Provide project delivery timelines and effective sample plans.
-Process and progress tracking
-Fieldwork and Sample management/analysis
-Link set up and link management
-Quota Management
-Reporting
-Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans in order to manage changes in project scope and provide alternate solutions.
-Manage all post-delivery project needs including confirming project close with key stakeholders.
Soft skills: Good client communication, internal collaboration, good note taking, comfortable presenting tradeoffs/options, comfortable in a speed-focused environment.
Ensure clear communication among all groups involved in successful delivery of projects. This includes but not limited to day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders. Coordinate with other client services groups, vendors, and partners. Communicate project milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in ensuring high client satisfaction scores by monitoring production and quality for each assigned projects/clients. Anticipate and solve/troubleshoot problems in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement.
Share knowledge and best practices with the PM/PC team in order to develop team members and ensure Dynata client servicing is best in class. Provide timely analyses of projects and recommendations for improvement and growth. Identify training needs and/or support within the team and help mentor, support team members to guarantee top service across all members of the team.
Assist leaders in balancing workload across your respective team members. Mentor both Project Associates I and II. Provide leaders with performance feedback for PA I and II. Assist in fostering a team environment.
