1. Manage and own outcomes of market research projects from commissioning to invoice. Exceed client expectations through flawless delivery.
- Lead client kick off calls.
- Coordinate internal resources for project support.
- Provide guidance and troubleshoot project challenges at all stages.
- Consult with clients to leverage experience and knowledge to assist in meeting the research objectives.
- Track and manage project budgets

Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the design and coordination of multiple research projects. The Project Coordinator will direct the day-to-day operations of a project from initial project setup through data delivery. They will have direct contact with clients throughout the execution of a project and will act as an extension of that client’s team. Major responsibilities include review and consultation of questionnaires, managing fieldwork/data collection as well as reviewing and providing deliverables.
