Sr Project Coordinator - Audits What this job involves: Being an audit and compliance champYou’ll play a vital role within PDS Operations’ audit and compliance team.In this capacity, you’ll run project audits which includes the following activities- Assist with the development of project audit plan and implementation
- Communicate and coordinate with concerned project team members on audit requirements. Conduct Pre-audit briefing.
- Conduct project audits and check process compliance as per SOP.
- Identify non-conformances / risks / issues and prepare Corrective Action Reports (CAR).
- Conduct Joint review discussion and circulate Final Audit report
- Prepare CAR status reports and track closure of CARs with concerned teams for process compliance
- Analysing audit results.

Skills Required
- Relevant degree in Architecture or Engineering (or equivalent)
- Post-graduation in Construction Management or Project Management (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience
- Experience in construction field - project management / construction management
- Sound knowledge of audit processes, construction contracts, and local statutory regulations and laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, CAD, MS SharePoint and digital platforms
- Experience working with a multinational company in a similar role
- Strong analytical, time management, multitasking, initiative-taking abilities
- Superior communication and coordination skills
