Provides advanced support in cost and schedule management for construction projects. Performs detailed data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking to identify trends and variances. Advises project teams on corrective actions and ensures compliance with DPR’s project controls standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the preparation and maintenance of cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and schedule updates.
  • Analyzes performance trends and develops reports highlighting key variances and risks.
  • Supports change management, including review and validation of cost and schedule impacts.
  • Facilitates coordination between estimating, procurement, and project management teams to maintain cost accuracy.
  • Update and maintains cost databases and benchmarking tools for continuous improvement.
  • Provides training and mentorship to junior project controls staff.
  • Supports preparation and review of monthly progress and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience
6–8 years of experience in construction cost and schedule management required.
Certifications and Licenses
Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
