The Opportunity

As (Senior) Project Change Manager you will be part of the RSS Project Management organization and report to the Chapter Lead for Project Management. Are you a project management enthusiast and want to provide best in class project management services to partners across Roche? Then you are the candidate we are looking for. 

You will partner closely with (potentially multiple) mid- to large-scale projects and stakeholders to lead and implement the ‘people side of change’ ensuring successful change experience design, organizational readiness, behaviour change and adoption. You will also connect with and inspire your colleagues, helping to shape the future of our organization.

Your role:

Engagement Delivery

  • Driving leadership alignment, sponsor commitment, stakeholder engagement, and targeted change interventions to align vision and culture.

  • Developing holistic change strategies integrated into project plans, grounded in change impact and risk assessments.

  • Formulating mitigation approaches and key deliverables, including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching, training, and resistance management.

  • Owning and driving the end-to-end execution of all defined project change management plans.

  • Establishing and managing an active change agent network to cascade sponsorship and achieve adoption targets.

  • Defining success metrics and KPIs to anchor the data-driven strategy while tracking implementation progress and risks.

  • Consulting and coaching project teams, sponsors, and line managers while partnering with HR to align supporting structures and processes.

Capability Building 

Be an active member of the RSS Project Management Organization by:

  • Continuously improving the project management and project change management capabilities, service offerings and community engagement leveraging latest developments and market dynamics

  • Supporting the development of upskilling content and toolkits for our team

  • Actively managing your own development

  • Applying your learnings during engagements and sharing them with your RSS colleagues

Who You Are

You possess the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes

  • Proven, 5+ years of experience in change management projects

  • Apply structured change management principles and methodologies (Prosci, Change First, ACMP), psychology of change, Project Management in CSV/GxP environments, Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking.

  • Leverage an academic background in social or behavioral sciences such as organizational psychology, anthropology, sociology, cognitive neuroscience, or communications.

  • Bring additional experience in performance consulting, digital marketing, and behavioral economics.

  • Moderate interactive physical and virtual workshops with diverse, cross-functional project teams.

  • Embody key mindsets including growth mindset, entrepreneurship, customer centricity, data-driven orientation, systems thinking, and VACC leadership.

  • Demonstrate applied expertise across core capabilities such as Project Management, Agile Coaching, or Business Analysis.
