  • Consult with clients on their campaign goals and strategies to ensure they are maximizing the value TTD’s platform provides
  • Operate as a power user of TTD’s UI and empower clients to also become power users to most effectively plan, execute, optimize and build on successful advertising campaigns.

  • Build and own key relationships with client planning, trading and analytical teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists and product managers to solve complex technical problems including cross-platform frequency analysis, consumer journey visualizations and API solutions.
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical problems including performance issues, measurement discrepancies and constrained targeting.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of consultative, client-facing work in ad tech (DSP experience is a plus!), digital marketing, finance or other data-heavy industries.
  • Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment that requires self-driven education and improvement.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex, data-heavy information into simple but powerful stories and insights.
  • Strong interest in learning the underlying mechanics of a platform and the ability to act as a conduit between clients and product teams to consistently improve TTD’s platform over time.
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration with the ability to navigate ambiguous and complex problems and situations.
