Senior Program Service Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Senior Program Service Specialist to help our clients to make the world a safer, more secure, and sustainable place to live, work, and play!

• Provides overall leadership and support to client facing team members.
• Manages stakeholders' communication and escalates accordingly.
• Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
• Collects data from a variety of sources, evaluates and interprets data, and draws conclusions.
• Prepares and presents reports to clients or internal UL employees.
• May present reports to corporate level audiences.
• May supervise the work of other individuals within department or functional area.
• Perform client onboarding tasks, systems maintenance, and process automation projects.
• Participates in quality control measures, root cause analysis and complaint resolution.
• Maintain and update client procedures and administrative or operation information and documentation in accordance with establish governances.
• Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• General degree or equivalent, plus generally five years of related experience.
• Familiarity with testing, audits, inspections or other TIC background.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients.
• Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.
