Senior Program Manager The actual location of this job is in Singapore.
This critical role partners closely with our customers to successfully deliver programs. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring programs are executed in line with expected quality, timelines, and cost.
You will act as a strategic partner to our customers, working closely with them to understand their needs while driving alignment and leading internal teams to ensure effective program delivery.

What you will do:
• Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to Lonza and the Customer’s expectations.
• Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site.
• Utilize all PM Standard Work processes to effectively manage projects and to be fully accountable for all operational aspects in leading and motivating cross functional project teams to deliver on all scope objectives with the highest level of quality.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the program through collaborative relationship management.
• Develop and share best practices in PM tools and methodologies at local level and ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Center of Excellence (PPM
• CoE) Standards, including maintenance of data integrity excellence in Planview.
• Uphold data integrity principle in accordance to Lonza policies and proactively evaluate, identify and improve data integrity process.
What we are looking for:
• Degree in a Life Sciences related field or equivalent experience with commercial acumen or experience in project planning; PMP Certification highly desired.
• Experience working in FDA supervised biotech/pharma industry with tried experience in a project management capacity.
• Relevant business and customer interaction experience in a CDMO highly preferred, but not crucial.
• Knowledge base of clinical research strongly preferred, with experience of moving pharmaceutical products from clinical into commercial manufacturing environments an advantage.
• Statistical techniques and failure analysis, validation concepts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to be applied at high level.
• Excellent soft skills to build proven relationship within the global network, e.g. with customers, key accounts, and program management.

Skills Required
- Degree in a Life Sciences related field or equivalent experience in project planning or commercial acumen
