Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute AI/GenAI program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for AI/GenAI adoption across business units.
- Develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and technical experts to ensure alignment.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for AI projects.
- Execution & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure timely delivery of AI/GenAI solutions within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Governance & Compliance
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Change Management & Adoption
- Drive organizational readiness for AI/GenAI adoption through training and communication.
- Measure and report on program success metrics and business impact.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Experience:
- >10 years in program management, with at least 2 years in AI/GenAI or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale cross-functional programs.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, GenAI technologies, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
