Job DescriptionThis position is on the Engineering Services Group (ESG) Program Management team. The role is to lead a global, cross-functional team to deliver programs to key customers. As an experienced Program Manager, you will have the confidence and opportunity to identify and contribute to process improvements that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining project plans according to XP’s Project Development Lifecycle. Lead and motivate the cross-functional team to deliver the product(s) as per the agreed-to requirements and customer commitments.
- Lead cross functional project meetings and represent project status and plans in customer-facing meetings.
- Create and drive complex development schedules, track and drive closure to issues, action items, risks, and risk mitigation plans.
- Manage NPI project builds in our US and Asian factories.
- Contribute to executive level updates and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Identify and drive process improvements.
- Other duties may be assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in related discipline (e.g., EE, ME, etc.) required.
- 5+ years of engineering and/or Program Manager experience
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams through NPI (New Product Introduction) development using a Product Lifecycle process
- Must be able to work proactively, independently, and confidently in a dynamic engineering environment.
- Must have great communication, organizational and leadership skills with ability to inspire team members.
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty.
- Experience in transferring products to Asia factories is a plus.
- Experience with power conversion is a plus.

• Must be amenable to onsite reporting in Ortigas, Pasig City
