As an integral member of the AMG team, you'll craft engaging entry points for users coming through a range of channels—including direct traffic, paid advertising, organic SEO, SEM, and social platforms. Our goal is to craft a contextual and personalized experience that draws customers in and supports them as they explore and find the perfect travel options within the Expedia ecosystem.

Expedia Product & Technology builds innovative products, services, and tools to deliver high-quality experiences for travelers, partners, and our employees. A singular technology platform powered by data and machine learning provides secure, differentiated, and personalized experiences for the traveler and our partners that drive loyalty and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Craft and Deliver Roadmaps: Create and manage workstream roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment and effective planning.

  • Bridge Perspectives and Foster Collaboration: Facilitate alignment across product, engineering, and business teams to develop cohesive end-to-end plans.

  • Monitor Progress and Mitigate Risks: Track dependencies, identify risks, and adjust plans as necessary, ensuring smooth progress toward strategic goals.

  • Drive Agile Practices: Lead retrospectives, planning, and estimation sessions to optimize team efficiency and alignment.

  • Facilitate Communication and Workshops: Enable clear communication across teams, organize workshops, and ensure shared understanding and actionable delivery plans.

  • Leverage Industry and Technical Knowledge: Apply trends, agile practices, and technical understanding to enhance processes and facilitate meaningful cross-functional discussions.

Who you are:

  • Extensive Program Management Experience: You have 8+ years in program or technical project management, leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams in technology-focused environments.

  • Technical Expertise and Agile Practices: You possess a strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with hands-on experience running agile ceremonies and iterative development.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: You have a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, collaborate with distributed teams, and clearly communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Risk Mitigation and Continuous Improvement: You are skilled in identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project alignment, with familiarity in Lean principles and continuous improvement techniques.

  • Leadership and Influencing Skills: You have exceptional leadership capabilities, influencing stakeholders across engineering, product, business, and executive teams.

  • Highly Organized and Tool Proficiency:  You are detail-oriented with excellent time management, and comfortable using project management tools like Jira, Microsoft Planner, and Miro.
