At Salesloft, our Consulting Program Managers are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing teams of Consultants that lead our customers through implementing Salesloft and transforming their Sales team processes.  


On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for building and driving the plans to drive implementations and programs with our large-scale enterprise customers. Specifically, you will:

  • Lead our customers through the sales and revenue operations transformation to build an effective revenue generation engine
  • Collaborate with the project team of Consultants, Strategists, and Solution Architects to translate the client’s goals and engagement SOW into a plan to deliver in scope, on time, and in budget
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and our Engineering teams
  • Drive successful completion of project or program, on-time, in scope, and within budget
  • Forecast project resources needs, negotiate priorities, and manage conflicts with customer
  • Manage customer relationships with key stakeholders
  • Build the project management tool-kit for Salesloft

We are seeking a confident Program Manager who is equally skilled at building a strong rapport with clients and becomes a trusted partner to both customer stakeholders and Salesloft Consultants.

THE TEAM:

Our  Consulting Services team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming Salesloft Consultants, Strategists, and Technical Resources who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

  • Vision: Every seller is loved by the buyers they serve (#saleslove)
  • Mission: Equip companies to maximize revenue by creating a fantastic buying experience

The Salesloft Consulting Services team consists of Consultants who help our customers successfully onboard, solidify their go-to-market and buyer engagement strategy, stand up Salesloft and help integrate it with the existing tech stack, train users and managers, and coach teams on performance to deliver real revenue results.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Prior consulting project management experience
  • Self-motivated, innovative, detailed-oriented professional with 5+ years of project management experience
  • Prior experience utilizing Agile Scrum methodology
  • Experience interfacing with C-suite and VP level Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Experience leading efforts with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Marketing Operations teams
  • Proven success managing internal and external teams across multiple work streams
  • Experience navigating large and complex organizations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders
  • General knowledge of Sales Engagement platforms, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools is beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications
  • Flexible to meet client commitments including travel as needed to meet client needs, up to 20% anticipated


WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend SalesLoft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Join our 3-week Sales Bootcamp, where you will learn our software and all the skills necessary to set you up for success, allowing you to make an impact in the market quickly
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the SalesLoft team, and delve into your territory 
  • Get immersed in our implementation process and large program structure
  • Team up with other Consulting team members to participate in engagements


WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Onboard as a the Program Manager, working with 2 to 3 customers to lead their projects with a cross-functional team of Consultants
  • Confidently manage both internal and external program meetings
  • Execute detailed stakeholder updates to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing our current project management processes and tools


WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Manage a full book of business
  • Deliver quantifiable customer results along with a cross-functional team of Consultants
  • Enhance tools and processes for managing our large enterprise customer projects


WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Assist in training, onboarding and motivating new Lofters
  • Coach Consultants on project management best practices
  • Assist in creating and iterating on department processes, specifically around the program management rhythm

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
