About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the strategic delivery of large-scale platform initiatives, including integrations, migrations, new platform builds, and SaaS development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects in the HR technology space—sitting at the intersection of business strategy, product development, and technical execution. Success in this role requires a technical PM who is comfortable working with ambiguity, aligning diverse perspectives, and bringing clarity and execution discipline to initiatives where expectations and priorities may evolve over time. An Ai-first mindset will be critical, experience an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end, multi-year enterprise SaaS platform integrations, migrations, and new builds, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating strategic objectives into integrated delivery plans with clear ownership, decision rights, and change control mechanisms to manage scope creep and mitigate risks.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with product, engineering, operations, business, and sales team members – keeping client needs at the forefront.
  • Drive alignment, facilitate decision making, and maintain momentum in a senior, opinion-rich stakeholder environment.
  • Maintain transparent, executive-ready reporting and communication.
  • Work effectively across borders, incorporating global standards into on-the-ground execution.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically managing new platform builds with multiple dependencies and tight deadlines using an Agile/iterative approach.
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English-language written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR technology platforms, especially in assessment, learning and development, talent acquisition, or similar fields.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Experience living and working outside your home country.
  • Interest in the HR/talent domain and AI-first solutions.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certification
