Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead mid-to-large scale digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and can drive impactful business outcomes across clinical, operational, and IT domains.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to identify, prioritize, and manage strategic initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex, enterprise-wide program delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across departments
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs and interdependent projects
- Introduce and implement project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Monitor program risks, issues, and overall performance; ensure timely resolution
- Provide coaching and oversight to project managers and team members
- Lead organizational change management efforts and ensure successful adoption
- Deliver continuous process improvements and strategic recommendations
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on program status and outcomes
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Master’s degree preferred
- Project and change management methodologies
- Healthcare/research environment knowledge
- Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Advanced leadership and facilitation abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical expertise (e.g., Six Sigma tools and techniques)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project)
- Build trust and influence senior stakeholders
- Lead teams effectively in a matrixed organization
- Simplify complex concepts into actionable insights
- Navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making
- Resolve conflicts and communicate difficult messages professionally
